Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Western EU (France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Ireland, Austria): 5–7 business days
- Southern EU (Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Cyprus, Malta): 7–10 business days
- Nordic/Baltic (Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania): 6–9 business days
- Eastern EU (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Croatia): 7–14 business days
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery region.
Customs & Import Duties (EU Orders) As Deapus is based in the United Kingdom, orders shipped to the European Union may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
